| I am sorry, Snacker, but do you REALLY need a pattern? I mean, I just start carving and it comes out pretty good. Get agood THIN knife, and with a little careful work (and imagination), you should get a pretty good pumpkin.
My only problem with pumpkins is cleaning the inside. If you don't clean it well, lighting the candle can get a little stinky (and using an electric incandescent light can do the same - although it or a florescent light is cheating). | |

| Yes I agree. We've had some patterns last year, but we'll probably go with our imaginations this year. The bigger the pumpkin the longer and harder is it to clean the inside. It just takes patience. | |

| Google "free printable pumpkin stencils" and you'll get quite a few pages to view and print from... though some of them do want to charge you 2-3 dollars for the better stencils. | |
