Word Nerd?

Found this little quiz today after my sister used 'are' instead of 'our' while refering to us. It irritated the heck out of me. I corrected her, no worries. It was a slip of the tongue or finger but still.

1. When someone misspells a word you:
I assume this occurs during a conversation for some reason.
Since it is a part of the conversation, so should be important to the discussion, I spell it the way I think it should be and hopefully between the two of us we figure out what the actual word is.

2. When you see a misplaced comma you:
WHERE? Where is this misplaced comma? It is important.
In my child's essay? I point it out and explain why it is wrong.
In someone else's story that I am editing? I flag it, and write an explanation on why it is wrong
In a store bought book? I laugh about the quality of 'professional' editors.

3. When playing a game of Scrabble, you:
Do the best I can to spell any word in the dictionary.

4. When writing a sentence you:
Write it an move on. Editing is later.

5. When killing off a character you:
Make sure that he dies in a believable manner. I am more concerned with getting it right.
