| I want to open a small restaurant with some swiss specialties. I already know how I want everything to look like. Perhaps with a small bar in the back of it. We will see how everything works. But this is a dream I always had and I'm certain about that I will realize it one day. | |

| Non-writing wise, to lose enough weight that strangers on the internet don't see my avatar and feel the overwhelming desire to write me private messages to tell me I'm fat... Seriously, I am working on losing weight. I've already dropped about ten pounds and taken on a great deal of muscle mass.
Writing wise, to get this damn series finished. It's taken over my whole life and I think sometimes it will take me the rest of it to get it all worked out.

| I really don't know. I wanted to be published by a big-time company, but the more I learn the less I want that. I enjoy my freedom, and I don't have people over my shoulder.
The more I do, the more I believe that I have it good. Being in a happy place is not good however, so I am attempting to find higher goals. I need a challenge, but at the moment enjoying a plateau.

| I always dreamed of having a house near the sea, or living on a little lake which is my own, because I love water. I also would like to have a little boat, that kind of houseboat, not for to live in it, but to sail a day or two on the sea. That would be wonderful. | |

| More than anything else, I want to be a published writer. I would be so ecstatic. And, it would be even cooler if it was a bestseller... Still working on that, though. It doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon.
Other than that, I just want people to know who I am; I want people (besides family) to remember me after I die.

| I want to see my first book become a movie. I have been trying but it is proving to be as tough a job as anything. I want my next book to be much better in the writing area. I have been working hard at it. Story ideas are never a problem. | |

But this is a dream I always had and I'm certain about that I will realize it one day. That sounds pretty amazing My lifetime dream is somewhere in those parts. What are swiss specialties? I've got a few things I plan to accomplish before I die. There's no 'wishing' about it, if I say I can do it, then I believe I can as long as I try my hardest. 1) Graduate this program I'm in College for. 2) Get my associates. 3) Go to a Culinary Arts school. 4) Pastry Chef 5) Marriage/Children 6) My own cafe/bakery Those are my basic goals for my lifetime. The cafe/bakery is most definitely the farthest from view right now, but I can definitely see it over the horizon. The way I dream it up, is that it's more then just a cafe and bakery. It's got soups and sandwiches for lunch/dinner, then it has the regular breads, sweets, doughnuts, eclairs and such for the rest of the day, not to mention coffee. I'd like Art work from Artist around the city to be up there, then maybe a small stage for bands from my city, as well as a place to sell their CDs. Then maybe with the same stage, a place for Poetry readings and book readings. Then maybe a few books can be sold, book of the week or something. Internet, of course. A few random modems. Basically a good place for College students to hang out at. Though, the chances of that happening are slim, but that's exactly what a dream is for. It might never be possible, but as long as I believe I can accomplish it, then I can accomplish it. Whether it's 50 years from now Now.. that I look like some hallmark card. xD

What are swiss specialties? A very popular swiss specialties is 'Raclette'. A dish you can enjoy with your entire family. You have a 'little raclette grill' in the middle of the table. On top you put whatever you want. Little sausages, bacon, steak, onions, green peppers etc. Whatever you are in the mood. And the cheese goes into the middle. You slice Raclette cheese and put it in that 'little pan'. It's up to you what you put on top of the cheese. I always just had some spice and onions with it. Then you put it in the middle and you wait until the cheese is melted. When it's done you take it out and you use the little 'scratcher' to get the cheese on top of the potatoes which are already waiting on your plate. Take whatever you'd like from the top of the grill and enjoy your meal! I'm planning on having one of those grills build in in every table in my restaurant and I'm certain about that that dish will be the most popular in my restaurant. Another one is 'Fondue', which I believe is known here in America as well. And one called 'Rösti und Geschnetzeltes'. Shredded potatoes with cut veal in a cream sauce. Very delicious!

| That honestly sounds amazing. That would be a pretty awesome idea, I really hope that pans out for you in the future, the world needs places to eat like that.
Are you into cooking then?

| I do cook now and then. I learned a lot from my dad when I was younger. He's not a professional cook, but in my opinion an amazing one! | |
